Order the 12” dual adjustable shock and the folk cartridge 1” shorter to lower the bike for better footing when stop. The shock deliver set up at 3/8 to 1/2” sag. After riding and trying to adjust could not set it up without bottoming out solo riding. I know I reduced the shock from 13 to 12 “ on an Ultra Limited, will not recommend base on my experience although have my 2012 Roadglide custom have 12” shock. Charlie assisted with the return for 13” and standard folk height. Riding 200 miles after install never bottomed with 1/2 to 3/4” to spare. Adjusted the rebound improving the ride even better. Like this shocks a lot. My other two bikes have other popular brands one is close to the JRI build but not build on US and have outstanding customer support experience. A+++
