Yummy, yummy, yummy! The first thing I noticed was how creamy the cheese felt in my mouth, then you get this amazing taste of the wine, it's subtle but oh so good. One of my guests who is not a big fan of blue cheese loved it as it's a mellow blue. Hands down awesome!

Quite strong flavour

A bit on the stronger side for me but it was quite good. Very strong blue cheese combined with tangy wine flavours

Berry Blue

My husband and I have had Oro Rosso Cheese only once before and that was a few years ago. With the vague memory of its fruity rich taste, and the tang of the blue cheese, I was excited to order it up and try it again. It was just as rewarding to taste this time, as our first experience. This is a cheese for real blue cheese lovers. Spicy, strong blue flavour layered with winey and berry tastes adding to it's complexity. Quite rich, a little goes a long way. Given the chance, we would definitely enjoy it again. Thank you Cheesyplace for bringing this to us, in our remote location! We can find good cheese but rarer and unique cheeses are not often available in our area.
