Berp Bio Oil #2 saved my trumpet!

My mid 90's Bach Strad (72 bell, sterling silver plus) has tens of thounsands of hours of playing on it, and the valves were starting to become inconsistent enough that I was considering buying a new trumpet maybe 5 years ago. I had already had my valves professionally serviced, and was doing a heightened cleaning regiment to no avail. I had been using exclusively Al Cass oil for 15+ years, and a friend recommended I try the Berp #2 piston oil. My valve problems instantly reduced by 90%. A few years later, I got even more relief when I tried the #3 oil. I'll still probably buy a new trumpet at some point, but there really isn't urgency behind the decision like there was back in 2019 or so. I even ended up buying a full set of Berp Oils to have available for my band students to experiment with in the band room. I also love that they are petrolium free. Great products!
