I had made a request for a refund on the Trident within the return period on the product description as this model did not seem right for me. I never received a follow up communication from Aneros on the refund procedure. The the two ends beyond the base of the trident were rough and would cause strong irritation and mild pain on my outer skin. Otherwise, the remainder of the design was nice.
