I was pleasantly surprised with anyone I talked to about placing orders for a Mattress Firm adjustable frame I purchased in 2019 and I needed to get parts for it. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and kind. I received tracking on all of my orders and things were shipped immediately. I dealt with another company that did not send tracking information, their prices were higher, and the communication was not great. I highly recommend Rize Home.
