Wonderful product! Gentle to my hormones. Light symptoms like my normal changes in my cycle. Nothing drastic. Some tears over normal conversations. Increase hunger. I dont really eat much on a regular. Increases love handles. Notoced in the shower. Sleeping good. I dont wake up as much as before to use the bathroom. More energy to get theu my daily activities. Balanced emotions and able to stay calm but sensitive. Oh yeah and some bloating especially when I notice my jeans fits differently Im a regular 8-10 (large) but if I am bloated taking this stuff, my dress wont fit so I have to size up when trying clothes while shopping. Not so much an issue especially when trying to conceive. However I did notice the subtle changes that came on quickly as the days went on towards the last week of the cycle. Just great overall. Again nothing overtop. Note I only use as directed for 2 weeks in my 2nd half of my cycle. All symptoms resolves afterwards. I hope this helps someone.

My body arrived & i began to use it, but it is a bit sticky & was really thick compared to what i seen from other users bottles.
