New battery

Ordered a new battery for my Apollo Phantom! It arrived quickly and was installed at the Apollo service location in Ottawa, runs like new!

Battery Replacement

Item is fine and as described. Dealing with customer service is an issue. Had this issue since last May and battery needed to be replaced back then. Should have been replaced at a discount. I was told when issue was brought up to customer service and stated that they would reach out to me when batteries were back in stock and never was. Ended up buying a 52 V Phatom battery for a Ghost and will make a spacer to make up difference of increased battery height but will not under any circumstances be buying another scooter from Apollo due to abysmal customer service. In saying all of that the customer service is always professional and polite. They just don't follow through with their commitments.
