Fantastically made. Counldn't be happy with my custom Rufus. The bag has some many nice features and I can tell a lot of love and detail have been put into the bag. Would recommend 1000%!!

By far the best bag I have ever used. The bag structure is so firm and the available options to design is endless. It is totally worth the wait!! The customer service is very attentive and helpful from start to finish. The quality is top notch…you will not be disappointed!!!

Pound does a great job of setting expectations when it comes to their custom bag programs, but I still found myself disappointed after unboxing my bag after 12 weeks of waiting. There was (in my opinion) a pretty significant mismatch in certain colors as they appeared online vs in person, and had I known prior, may have changed certain selections. With this, the wait time, and the price all considered, I feel as though I’m not completely satisfied with my purchase, but can still attest to and be grateful for the quality and craftsmanship of Pound bags.
