Shirt quality

The shirt is nice looking, the cotton is of good quality and feels soft on the skin. However I have a complaint to make; I checked the shirt when it arrived and I noticed that the collar stiffener had made a hole in the collar as can be seen in the picture. I think this should have been picked by your quality control. I look forward to your comments on this matter.
