Does not work with small lanterns and switches itself off

Bought this to go with the mini railroad lantern version. I bought the larger powerbank and two of the smaller ones. The smaller ones work fine, but this one, the larger version, switches itself off after a minute or so when connected to the lanterns. Contacted customer service and described the issue, they wanted a video of the full period from switching on to going off, this turned out to be a very large file which I then sent, with absolutely no follow up from customer service after this. Its still in warranty, but without customer service, I am looking at you Mercedes, as several of us do on here that have warranty issues, it is disheartening to see what this great company has come to.

This power pack works great and is easy to hang anywhere we hang our lights.

Significant price drop after I ordered and they want me to to a return if I want to order at the lower price

I haven’t used the product but I’m no impressed by the not-environmentally friendly way to manage the significant price drop only days after I ordered. Disappointing and not the way a lot of companies are managing this today.
