Phenomenal customer service! I wore my husband's ring and wedding ring while he spent 5 months in the hospital. A couple weeks before he was discharged, I lost it while washing my hands. They replaced it without hesitation. The ring is beautiful but I cant say enough about the kindness and understanding extended during a very difficult time. Will definitely be purchasing again.
