Multi-purpose QD Strap

I bought this strap specifically to carry my long-legged Leofoto tripod. It has made this bulky beast (with fluid head) much easier to carry especially in the field. This was my first camera strap with QD ends. I’m an experienced competitive shooter so I know QD from that world and have complete faith in their ability to carry heavy rifles. My old long range rifle was close to 15 lbs fully field configured. So I was eager to try my Z8 with 180-600+1.4 tele — excellent strap for that kit too. I am rapidly becoming a Leofoto evangelist. Well designed, excellent matching, nicely finished. Tripod and monopods are the best I have used.

Finaklly found a piece of gear I was looking for.

When I'm busy and only have a little time to get out, I'll usually take my camera, macro lens, and tripod. When I wanted to take a hand held photo, I'd have to put my tripod down. With this I can just keep it hung on my shoulder. If I have to remove the strap, I love the quick release push button.
