I have spent $100 with you and have nothing to show for it. I returned the first purchase but have not gotten a refund and it's been over a month. I thought the first bracelet was a tracker but it wasn't so I returned it. The second bracelet was supposed to be a tracker but I cannot figure out how to do it. I have tried all the ways to get in touch with them for over 2 weeks - no response from them. I think this is a rip-off. I think they are very misleading about tracking. Oh, did I mention that I finally found a phone number for them but it is out of service? These people are very misleading. I am used to Fahlo, where the customer service is readily available AND they have a working phone number. My advice is STAY AWAY from this place. $100 I WASTED. And here's a final request - stop asking me to review my purchases. If you don't know by now from all my communication attempts, that I am very unhappy, you don't pay attention to your customers.
