The sizing is not correct, poor customer service

I am a size 10 and the standard sizes state that they are supposed to fit a size 10. I thought that this wouldn't be correct since usually anything that fits a size 5 would not fit a size 10 but I trusted the company. They are not stretchy and they do not fit. When contacting the company they basically told me that the size is based on shoe size (duh, I know) but even after sending them what their socks look like on a size 10 they don't want to listen. Very poor customer service.
