The best most authentic sambal. I have bought more than 20 jars of this for many years. I cook variety of Nasi Goreng with this, or simply slather it on fish/smoked fish (i prefer salmon), put it in the oven then bammm, fish sambal that tastes just like my mum’s cooking in Malaysia! My British husband and kids also love the flavour. When my 8 year-old son rejects any dinner meal, we simply use this sambal for a very quick Malaysian food for him.
