Best grip aid for colder months and dry skin

I haven't tried the lighter version, but MMD extreme works great behind your thighs/knees in those colder months and when your skin gets too dry. I moisturise my legs after showering in the morning then by the time im in class later in the day I just need a single spray of this grip on the back of each leg/knee and it works like a dream. Lasts the whole lesson and doesnt leave horrible sticky residue on the pole so you can still do your spins. Highly recommend to anyone with dry/cold skin.
