Waterbrick system

I ordered 16 tan water bricks at the beginning of the 2025/2026 hurricane season in Florida. Once you get the initial cleaning routine down it's not complicated but it is a little time consuming. The bricks themselves are well designed, stack beautifully and the lids are very secure. The tan bricks are unobtrusive in appearance and can be put anywhere. Once you get them loaded place a dry paper product (napkin or paper towel) at the base of each fill cap and let them set for a couple of hours to check for leaks. Of the 16 I purchased, 2 leaked. It appears that the weak point is the gaskets that seal the caps to the brick. An email to customer service querying how to purchase extra gaskets went unanswered. These critical items should be replaceable and readily available knowing that at some point, God willing, I will be emptying and refilling the water bricks to assure a fresh supply of potable water. Granted the bricks are good for dry storage goods as well but personally my emergency food supply is freeze dried and canned so I do not intend to use them in this manner, so somehow I'll need to obtain gaskets.
