Iced Initials Necklace w/ Cuban Chain

The. Grain as a whole is lovely but when I wear it, the initial keeps flipping over. When I press out the necklace straight, the chain flips over so I am not sure if it’s a manufacturing issue or what. I have compared it to my other chains and when I press them out, it doesn’t flip. This flipping causes the initial to not show the ice, which defeats the purpose of the purchase.

Exactly like the picture. The chain is thick. I absolutely love it my favorite by far. Definitely buying more items.
