Got the matte black GLI one and it’s such a cool addition to my car. May not be/sound cool to others, but they aren’t in it everyday having to grab a knob every time they shift gears ha Installation was relatively straightforward, especially with the YouTube videos provided. If you have a VW be prepared to potentially scrape up the skin on your hands while trying to pry/basically break off the plastic part to get the OEM knob off ha besides that- nothing to it! Everything needed is included in the box, BESIDES a hex wrench (it was a goofy size between a 2 & 2.5mm hex, so I had to go purchase a set that would fit). Very happy with my purchase!

Billetworkz Weight Shift Knob for my M3 G80

I just installed Billetworkz’s weighted shift knob for my new M3, replacing the OME one. It perfectly complements my short shifter. The extra weight ensures quick, precise “rolls” through the gears. The high-quality black leather and laser-etched shift pattern add gravitas to the interior. I LOVE IT, and highly recommend!

The knob i received itself was very nice. But having to use a zip tie to keep the boot on just doesnt make the boot feel very secure. I've had 3 zip ties slip out from their boot retainer incuding the one they provided. The machining is good, but i would like for an alternative to zip ties
