Sleep and Relax - Night Time Tea

Been using it on and off since I got it a few weeks ago. Some nights I’ve used it some nights I forget or I’m lazy and don’t. Flavour is lovely imo and obviously the quality of the tea from this place seems top notch. I take before bed and definitely start to feel very tired and relaxed, no placebo just a genuine noticeable difference. However I’ve just woken up from a very rare nightmare after taking one of these last night, could be a coincidence as it’s first time it’s happened but even all the other times I’ve taken this before bed it’s given me vivid dreams just not nightmares. Upon googling a lot of people online are saying same thing about chamomile & lavender based teas giving them nightmares and of course this has both in.

Super service, an unbelievable selection of teas to choose from! I ordered a great selection and haven’t been disappointed with a single one. Delicious flavour from every tea!!
