Excellent service along with the best stool I have ever owned. I ordered a stool with a backrest; however, I ordered the wrong backrest for the stool. I called customer serviced and they were very responsive to my request for a return and to order the proper backrest. Since receiving the proper backrest, it is the most comfortable chair in my garage. Thank you for providing me with a chair I enjoy sitting on while working in my shop. Made in the USA is always the best choice.
