I spent a long time searching for the perfect "industrial" desk to complement my office design before finding the "Machinist Desk" at Modern Industrial Furniture. I went with the X-brace undermount frame in a medium finish, and the result is perfect. Jose, the owner, was fantastic to work with and highly responsive—he even accommodated my request for additional rivets along the frame-edge without hesitation. Since each piece is made-to-order, it took about two months for delivery, but it was well worth the wait. It arrived right to my garage and is incredibly sturdy, heavy, and well-built.
