Love this cup. It has great weight and feel to it. It does get hot though, let my coffee for a second. I've also received lots of complements when I've used it while out at events. Great shined

Stunning and great customer service

I bought one about 2 years ago and was just a show piece most of the time until recently I used it to drink and noticed that it was leaking a little bit. Contacted with the warranty department and they sent me another one after providing evidence of the problem. Now I got two stunning pieces of art, one for show and one for use.
