Frayed sewn edge on top of sleeve in the outside

I was very upset and dissatisfied with the quality of my ordered shirt. It had a frayed edge on the outside of the top of the sleeve. I literally hopped on a plane with my unopened (gift) purchase. Gave it to my nephew and then had seen the poorly sewn shirt. It was for his 21st birthday and he said he was “ok” with it, but I though gosh for $22.00 plus $8 for rushed shipping I was so disappointed. Never order from OP again
