The product itself is excellent—I genuinely love it and think it’s a great product. Unfortunately, the customer service is among the worst I’ve experienced. When I raised a complaint, there was no empathy, understanding, or genuine effort to resolve the issue. The experience left me feeling like customer satisfaction simply wasn’t a priority. Because of the poor customer service alone, I won’t be a returning customer and can’t recommend this company to others, despite how good the product is. To make matters worse, they also use Evri as their delivery partner, which has consistently provided poor service in my experience and only added to the frustration.
