Still have not received order

I ordered 2 pairs of Freddy's online on the 11th April and still have not received them (3/5/2024). I contacted them last week (24/4/2024to try and find out where they were and all I was given was my tracking number (which states it has not been lodged!!) and I was told they would email me directly once they investigated....still waiting.....not happy!

Absolutely inlove
