El Salvador Monte Verde

Good depth in flavor

Crema is good, a bit too sour and not much aroma. Very hard to dial in my espresso shots with these beans. Colombia #1 for instance is consistent in comparison. Don't know why.

Great cup of coffee, definitely recommend.

Glad we tried it

This coffee is really smooth and nicely balanced. I usually prefer a darker roast but thought this sounded interesting and it held up the the description. Really good definitely recommend.
