Initial smell is a little sour, like fermented/wine. But once add it to your tea the smell is gone and the taste is wonderful.

Beyond raw honey
I’m trying to replace refined sugar with more natural sweeteners. I love the taste and glad that all the good properties of honey are still there. Ordering was easy and delivery was so fast!
