So Happy I found these!

I have IBS and can only eat fresh oyster mushrooms or canned champagne mushrooms (well rinsed). I have been looking for canned champagnes, which I cannot find at my local grocer, and came across these…I thought, “Let me give them a try!” I am so happy! Now I have a great option! I had a birthday dinner for a friend and used these by slicing and sautéing in the drippings of our filet mignon and they were delicious. Thank you Sukli! I will be shopping for your site for more goodies!!!!!
