Was in NYC from MN, made a point to actually visit the store. Was so happy I did. The staff let me try a bunch of shoes on for hopeful future purchases. Love the coda boot, normally I’m an 8.5, went up to a 9.

Beautiful but

The boots are gorgeous and comfy, but I wasn't aware that the strap and buckle at the top of the boot are not adjustable. I ordered the wide boot cuz I have wide calves but there's no give whatsoever on that strap and it can't be unbuckled or loosened because it's sewn in.
