Customer service was excellent. Directions on bottle were nonexistent. I was told that I could mix with acetone, which worked for concrete, but as soon as I finished spraying the concrete and took the pump sprayer outside it exploded all over me and the side of my house. It stained my wood siding and my metal roof. Luckily I was facing away from our brand new car. Also glad I was not in the new addition to the house. The wood siding is not a big deal, as I am about to put vinyl over top of it, but I would have to change out 2-3 pieces of sheet metal on the roof to fix the discoloration on it. Some sort of warning label stating that a chemical reaction causing pressure would have been nice.
