My husband LOVED them, he said that he will continue shopping for boots from this website because it’s fast and easy. He went from wearing boots 2 sizes too small to wearing boots that actually fit him properly.

Exchange and refund

The exchange was not possible because they said they needed the shoe box the boots came in, however there was NO shoe box when I received the boots. They were shipped in a brown shipping box. I was told without the box they would keep the box from the new boots and the exchange boots could not be returned if they didn’t fit. I didn’t want to take the chance so I asked for the refund. They were not eager to give the refund again concerned about the shoe box which I never received. Don’t think I will buy from 2bigfeet again.
