I am still get use to it. Initially I felt the distance between the air rests (seat) was a bit small but it appears I’m getting use to it. Other than that I am very impressed with the chairs features and very sturdy construction.

The UC 478-M: A GREAT Chair!!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this product. It's extremely well made, and an excellent-quality product. and more than capable of handling my 300-pound-plus frame. The motors actually HUM, not grind when a task is asked of it. Sleeping in this chair is a very pleasurable experience because of the zero-gravity feature. My back is cradled in complete comfort, and I can sit in the chair for hours without any discomfort. Wish Rock is definitely my vendor of choice now when it comes to lift chairs with the Trendelenberg feature. Joanna and Annie treated me like family, not an anonymous customer. Delivery was completely hassle-free, and the chair was easy to assemble. I have not had any service issues as yet, but Joanna has promised me that fi and when I do, Wish Rock will assist with any problems. Seriously---who can ask for more than this company delivers? WISH ROCK IS THE BEST AT WHAT IT DOES, PERIOD!!!!!
