good quality - easy to exchange

I am a first time customer and ordered a shirt for my husband who is typically always a Large. The shirt arrived and was very well packaged and such great quality. We both loved the attention to detail with the buttons, etc. It was much more of a cream color than we thought it would be but that didn't change anything for us. We did end up doing an exchange because the fit was much more boxy than we had expected and he didn't want such a loose fit. Hoping the Medium still fits in the shoulders. Thanks for making the exchange process so easy!
