Getting the size right

I first ordered in medium my usual size. It seemed snug. So I called and got a charming young man on your phone and arranged an exchange for a large. It arrived and is way too big! So tomorrow ( Friday) I’m going to call and exchange once again for the medium when church will fit ok. The product is great and the service so far wonderful. Jane Devine
