They didn't have the chair that I ordered in stock so they ended up showing the achier that was worth more for the same price. It was a Titan prestige which I love until it broke the other day. A call a manufacturer and somebody's coming out to fix it right away. Thinhs break that's a part of life but knowing that I could just call up a manufacturer and have somebody out right away to fix it is a very nice peace of mind when making a $3000 purchase. I highly recommend purchasing from this place

Excellent Service

Love my Osaki MAXIM massage chair. Love the soft rollers and the rollers for bottom of feet. Love that it even massages the neck area.
