I love boots, but I love the people behind this company even more. I had asked for two BIG favors since I had a defect and had filed for a warranty claim. Not only were they responsive and understanding, but they also went out of their way to make sure that I would be satisfied in the end. Especially for the second request, which I felt guilty for requesting, but did so to make sure that I would be absolutely comfortable in the long run(I'm so sorry for the hassle that I put you guys through).
