Best choice of Folic Acid

I like New Root Folic Acid a lot. It is easy swallowing vegan capsules. For me it is a preferred form of folate by our body - L-5-methylfolate. The other brands mostly offer synthetic forms - folic acid. I’m very happy with this choice. Thank you for your business 🙏
