Good quality product that gives results

This is a good, basic magnesium blend. Overall, I'd say I feel a bit better when I take this. However, it's not the same as taking single forms of magnesium in higher doses. I took one star off as I don't like the flavour / sweetener, and I wish they would just make a plain version.

Great choice

Magnesium Synergy also contains several other elements that work in synergy with magnesium itself. The powder dissolves easily and I add it to my morning warm lemon water. Essential.
