Have been using this product for years now. Any time I make a high protein smoothie I know it will always need more fibre even though I pile on the berries. This makes it complete.

Great product

I like that it is low fodmap, includes omegas, and also probiotics. You need to drink it with a lot of water and quickly. Otherwise, it gels. Good product. I've ordered it over a few years and the quality is consistent.

Great Fibre source.

Switched to this over metamucil, easy to mix into cereals, shakes etc. And a better nutrition profile over regular metamucil.
