Excellent to build muscle mass. Tastes really great and mixes easily with liquid (unlike some other brands out there). Have this as soon as possible after a training session and you'll see results fast. You can have two or more scoops throughout the day

Good product but you could get a stale one

One of my favorite whey protein powders. Having enzymes definitely make you digest most of the protein. However, one of the bottles I got has an off, stale smell. It could be rancid. Natural Factors said you can bring it back for exchange as they do have satisfaction guaranteed policy. How easy it is to exchange the product depends on the store/company you go to.

Good Quality and Value for the Price

I have been using this supplement for years. Natural Factors is a great brand. Note though that this is not a pure protein isolate; one scoop still contains a gram of fat and two of carbs, but also 19 grams of protein. That is still a pretty good ratio, and should satisfy all your protein supplement needs, unless your on a restrictive, 100% protein diet. Also, the price; it is about the least expensive Whey Protein on the market.
