I think everyone has their favorite when it comes to proteins but I have tried a number of them and I continuously go back to this one for a number of years. My two primary reasons are because it is organic and it is fermented which are both extremely healthy for your body. And I love the taste of it. It tastes great -all the flavors.!!!

I have allergies to legumes, nuts and seeds. I no longer suffer from a runny nose after my morning snack (smoothie). Occasionally in the past, I would wake up in the middle of the night because I was hungry and absolutely have to eat something before I could go back to sleep. I now have another smoothie an hour before bedtime and avoid being hungry during sleep. Excellent product. Thank you.
