Great immune kick if you take as suggested

For a while I took this on and off, or only when I got sick. Well I still got sick. Then I read that mushrooms build up effectiveness in your body only after 3-4 weeks, so I started taking the 2 capsule dose daily. Have not been sick at all for a few months since then. It’s pretty pricey but as long as I don’t get sick I’ll continue to shell out for this product!
