Helps with sleep

I like the 1 mg tablets, so I can adjust the dose as needed. I usually take 2. The 5 mg tablet is too strong for me. Being sublingual and quick-dissolving is essential. I'm often already in bed when I remember to take it. If I had to get up, it would defeat the purpose of aiding falling asleep. My only complaint is the mint flavour. I'd rather not have any flavouring, as there are times when mint interferes with my allergy treatments.
