Shipping was timely. I'd encourage purchasing/ordering the swatches as everyone's screen colors are different, and you get a good feel of the structure of the different fabrics, which I found to be of good quality.

never received item, and never heard back from customer service when I reached out. If I can't depend on them to deliver some swatches, I can't depend on them for dresses, either.
