Not sure 100%
This product works great at holding the stars in place. I use builder gel under so im not sure if this is better than a normal top coat or not.

Strong, thick top coat!!
Great top coat. I use on all my nails and my friends nails! Keeps nails from chipping and slightly strengthens them too. 100% recommend this top coat vs the normal one!

Favourite Top Coat
I purchased this item to restock. It’s the best top coat I have, I prefer it over the regular fluorescent top coat. It looks smooth and self levels for a nice finish.
