Finally receiving the bag was a let down after the run-around I had with your customer service trying to answer the simple question of "where is my bag". Your system said the order was "fulfilled" which it was not and it said that for over a week before the order finally got here. My questions to customer service had delayed responses and some weren't answered until I sent another. I had bragged about your product and business story and bought 2 Christmas gifts this past year. Doubtful I would do again. The bag itself is fine but the inside straps for the key ring etc. look like they were made from the cheapest scrap of leather found on the cutting room floor. I was so excited to treat myself to this bag; I chose this as a "gift to me" after knee replacement surgery last month. Overall, it caused more stress. I'll keep the bag; just won't recommend your product anymore due to the poor customer service and online order updates that are false.

This item was purchased as a gift for my sister. She is quite happy with the bag. The process of purchasing this bag was not easy and took about 2 months to complete. I thought I that adding a zipper meant the whole bag would include a zipper for the main compartment. Setting up the return was easy enough but it took 4 weeks and an outreach from me to customer service to get the replacement.

Very nice leather bag! They even put the tassels on for free! They are expensive but very nice. You will love it just buy it. Aaron D.
