Flexible, not rigid, cards. Good source of information, even has the “not medical advice” disclaimer. The writing is small though, helps to have a magnifier stored woth the cards. I use the magnifier card that comes with the Tiny Survival Guides from Ultimate Survival Tips (different brand).
