Hibiscus Flower - Whole

Recently, I've had some challenges with my blood pressure and as a way to manage, my doctor suggested I try this, I am not a doctor, so I found that drinking this as a tea, has helped me manage my blood pressure. I find this to be a support in my management of my blood pressure and my doctor is still monitoring which is great. Plus, this tastes great.
