Perfect for spinning. Spring is really tight so it doesn’t have much bounce but I am not sure if that will remedy itself with more use.

Meh. Maybe get just the Swing.

I give 5 stars to the swing—it’s fantastic and well worth it on its own. As for the swivel, I’d rate it 4 stars. It functions well, but the spring doesn’t add much to the experience, very little spring. I recommend starting with just the swing, and if you find you need more, then consider adding this set.

We got this swing for my 3 year old who struggles with regulating her nervous system, and it has helped a lot. Whenever she needs some time to calm down and breathe, she swings in it. We also do it right before bed and it helps with her sleep! So happy we got it.
